In order to design brilliant products and services for our clients, we must include their end-customers or users in the process. By empathising with them and understanding their needs, we can design useful and innovative solutions.

Business Director

Do you want to drive business and grow a value-driven design agency?

We´re looking for a Business Director to lead the way in growing Jungle. We want someone with an entrepreneurial mindset to take us to the next level in design, strategy and business development, along with our clients. Your main role will be to increase revenue by developing new business opportunities while sustaining the values that Jungle stands for.

Service Designer

Are you obsessed with empathizing with users and solving their problems?

At Jungle we see the user (or customer) as the most important decision-maker and as such service design plays an integral role in our services. We’re interested in someone who flipping loves Service Design.

Your main role will be to empathize with users and understand their needs, motivations, and behaviours. You will then analyze and translate them into actionable deliverables.

At Jungle you will have the opportunity to use and develop your skillset in a safe and empathetic space.

As we grow at Jungle, we want to build a diverse and inclusive team that is able to represent and design for all people.

What you will do:

  • Your main role is to empathize with users and understand their needs, motivations, behaviours. You will then have to analyze and translate them into actionable deliverables.
  • Within this you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ranging from Jungle team-members to client team-members to users.
  • Taking research into actionable insights and communicating this in a succinct and human-centred way to stakeholders
  • Analysing and directing on how organisations need to change to deliver more effective services
  • Contextualise the demand and help define the need, to put the clients needs and strategy into perspective, in order to ensure the coherence of the project
  • Facilitating workshops with clients and communities Coaching, supporting, and educating our clients and community in various instances
  • Be an ambassador for human-centric design and design thinking.

Who you are:

  • 3+ years experience designing user-centric or human-centric services
  • Passion and enthusiasm for service- and strategic design
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for design thinking/human-centered design
  • Strong skills in conducting and synthesising research, insights and findings.
  • Strong soft skills in empathy, observation and listening.
